  ***** UPDATE****
  It was brought to my attention today, now 10/7/2022 by the business owner that the emailed quote was in fact sent, with a screenshot that shows it most certainly was sent the same day of my initial call. With that in mind I see the service provider did what the phone rep told me would be done and for that I am updating this review to 5 stars, with the apology that, my firewall may have labeled the email as spam which kept me from seeing it. However, the contact from the business owner to inquire about my review was not very proffesional as a business. Regardless of what the business states about the above review being a fraudulent review, it was not. It was a true review, at the time when I felt I gave my personal information over the phone and thought I never received a contact back, which made me think I could have reached a number trying to commit some type of phishing fraud. As a business, the business contact could have inquired about my review, I would have told them why I left the review, and they could have provided me with the screen shot showing the email was sent and I could have apologized for the error. Instead I received a very unpleasant text message demanding me to remove my star review. As a business this was very unprofessional in the wording, tone, excessive back to back messages. I then suggested that as a business, a contact regarding a negative review from a disgruntled customer could be done such as the following: ""Hello Cedric. I came across a review that is less than stellar from you and wanted to inquire with you. Here is the email quote I sent to you the day of your original call. Is it possible that it was overlooked or went to a spam folder? With this in mind would you kindly adjust or remove the negative review? I am a one man business and reviews really affect my business as I strive to be the best in the business. Thank you,.."
  But never the less, as I can always see both points of view, I can understand this business owner taking pride in his work and being upset, and responding in an attacking, unpleasant manner; HOWEVER as a business owner that receives reviews, you must understand how to proffesionally inquire about negative reviews from customers, to clear up misunderstandings. Thank you and again I humbly apologize for the misunderstanding.

When I first called in and mentioned what I was looking for, I mentioned that, if possible, I would like to avoid chemicals/bleach as much as possible. Arriving 15 minutes early, David … More proceeded to review our home and was worried just cleaning the gutters and trim dripping down would leave streaks on the siding. We decided for a reasonable amount to go ahead with a full house washing. We were concerned and my husband asked where his crew was and we were told he was the crew. So we decided to let the man do his job and did he ever. He was completely through by 6:30 pm. with everything neatly put back in the truck and no debris or damage to anything in the yard. He was very thorough, efficient, and organized. He even went back over our railings that had been stained and was able to remove more than we had hoped. And our windows, they've never been so clean. We were very impressed and satisfied not only with the quality of workmanship but the prices were great too.
